My Dangerous Ambition...

If you read my previous post about Light Yagami, the youth who picked up the Death Note, you would probably had felt that it is a dangerous thing to occur, if it ever happened to Mankind. As a matter of fact, I used to, or still have, thoughts of bringing the world to an end. I used to believe that everyone has a purpose in being brought to this world and I used to believe that mine was to end it. You may call it pessimistic thinking but, I think that at the rate of degeneration Earth is undergoing as a result of Man's desire to satisfy his selfish needs, Earth is more likely to perish as a result of the actions of Mankind than our Milky Way colliding with the closest Andromeda System. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that Mankind has no purpose or reason to remain on the face of Earth.

That brought me to study physics, particularly nuclear physics, and quantum mechnics in the search of the "ultimate" physical force to eliminate Mankind in one swift move. This move had apparently helped indirectly in my college days as I was clearly ahead of my peers in physics. That inevidently led me to the study of Einstein's Theory of Relativity and the theories of the Black Hole, such as the Schrodinger's Cat Theory, to manipulate the forces of Nature in my favour. All these gradually resulted in a very scientific outlook in my perspectives of things, not to mention an introverted personality due to my distaste for Mankind.

However, things took a turn when I came to know about a different kind of warfare besides nuclear warfare: biochemical warfare. This apparently changed my perspective or aim to eliminate Mankind using nuclear warfare. I came to realise that how easy it was to produce a "massive human massacre" without causing undesirable side-effects of damaging the natural environment. Just plant a deadly bacteria in the middle of civilization and Viola! Wait for the effects to spread! We have examples of SARS, anthrax, and the various bird flus to testify for these.

Afterwhich, I started to read up alot on the human body, especially the neurological component. The study of the brain made me to discover the Theory of Cell Suicide. Apparently, some cells such as brain cells are made to "commit suicide" at a certain period of time to facilitate human development. If I have the potential to research further in these basic sciences, it will be interesting to manipulate the results in normal cells to bring about controlled death in a normal human. Hopefully, the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2020 will discover the intricacies of that. I hope that you will not have a distorted image of me after reading this. Afterall, all humans have DREAMS and I am just one of the many insignificant beings in this universe trying to accomplish the unaccompishable.
